WHAT ARE OUR MEMBERS UP TO?

As a way to increase participation in or Club, we have initiated this new section which we sincerely hope will be utilized by the members to let other members know what they are up to.  For this first edition, we have asked Rogelio Henriquez to tell us about Boquete Country Club, a beautifull project being developed in Boquete under his leadership:

Dear Maurice,

I am honored for you request.  Boquete Country Club was conceived as a first class closed -gated residential development featuring an Equestrian Center, a Club House, eco-friendly nature trails and tennis facilities.  In addition the Master Plan contemplates 135 single family residential lots, 18 lots denstined for small condominiums and 6 lots destined for commercial use, to provide the community with some basic goods and services.  Our property enjoys a prime location on the road to Palmira, only 4 kilometers from Bajo Boquete, and probably not more than a 30 minute drive to Volcan once this road is extended to Potrerillos Arriba to connect with Cuesta de Piedra just below Volcan and Cerro Punta.

Roads will be asphalt and all utilities will be underground.  Our buyers will be able to start construction of their homes as soon as next month, however, if they wish, they have 2 years to begin.

I am sending an attachment with 4 real photos of different sites of our development.

Thanks you again for the opportunity to transmit my activitiy to our club members.

Sincerely yours,

Rogelio R. Henriquez
