Serves actively on Board of Directors of following companies: Overseas Group Companies, including Overseas Management Company (worldwide company and trust formation and administration); Globalstar Americas Corp. (satellite telephony throughout Central America); Empresas HOPSA, S.A. (manufacturing and merchandising of construction related materials in Panama and Central America); Aseguradora del Atlantico (insurance company in Panama); & McNeel International Corp. Alice González-Revilla Vallarino

Alice González-Revilla Vallarino graduated from the College of Arts and Sciences of the University of Pennsylvania with a double major in AMES and PSCI in 2004. After graduation, Alice moved to New York where she worked at Score Learning Centers, a tutoring center for children in Flushing, Queens. Alice returned to Panama in September 2005 and began managing Curves Paitilla, a gym for women. She is currently an independent art dealer. Alice comes from a family of Penn alumni as her great grandfather Joaquin Vallarino (Medical School), father Roberto Gonzalez-Revilla (MBA`70), cousin Daniel Peters Gonzalez-Revilla (SEAS`88), cousin Emanuel Gonzalez Revilla (WH`91), sister Patricia G.R. de Serrano (CAS`98) and sister Edisa Gonzalez-Revilla (CAS`00) have all attended the University of Pennsylvania.

Structural Engineer at the Engineering Division of the Panama Canal Authority (April 1996 - Present). Project Engineer at Ingeniería R-M (September 1995 - April 1996). C.E. Maurice Bélanger

Cesar Emile Maurice Bélanger retired recently from Boyd Steamship Corporation, where he was a minority shareholder and Vice President for 37 years. Maurice has recently launched Panama MultiServices Corporation, a company dedicated to facilitating a seamless transition to the newcomers coming to live in Panama. He is a licensed real estate broker, a Certified Public Accountant and does maritime business consulting. He is a founding member of our Club, an active member of the Panama Sur Rotary Club and a member of AMCHAM.

He has an MBA from the Wharton School, obtained in 1966, and holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Atlantic Christian College (now Barton College) in North Carolina.

   
Ana Isabel Jiménez de Rosanía

Ana Isabel Jiménez de Rosanía is the Regional Vice President (Panama) of CEO ADVISORS, an international strategy and general consulting firm that provides Government Relations and Public Affairs, Level Playing Field, Business and Innovation Strategies to U.S. and European-based Multinationals in the Caribbean, Central and South America. Ana Isabel is also the manager of W.F. Investment, a private investment company. As an entrepreneur, she co-founded and co-managed Impresos Marcela, a specialty print shop. As a banker, she served at BankBoston, Panama, as Operations Manager, and at Banco Continental de Panamá, where she held various positions ranging from Marketing Officer, to Treasury and Private Banking Operations Manager to Special Projects Manager. Ana Isabel graduated in 1994 from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, specializing in Finance and Marketing. She also holds an MBA from INCAE in Alajuela, Costa Rica. Ana Isabel has completed graduate coursework at IESE in Barcelona, Spain, and undergraduate coursework at Loyola University, New Orleans, Louisiana. Ana Isabel has served as Deputy Director of Central Latinoamericana de Valores, S.A. (LATINCLEAR), the Panamanian securities custody central, and as Director of the INCAE Panama Alumni Association. She is a Charter Member of the Penn Alumni Club of Panama. Ana Isabel has also been a facilitator for several leadership and management seminars. She is married to Jorge Rosanía and has three children, Gabriel, Fernando and Ana Patricia.
